Darrell “Chip” Ashdown

Darrell began his position as territory manager with DCNE in August 2005, Graduating from Springfield technical college in 1985. Darrell started his career with a couple New Hampshire mechanical contractors for four years before starting in the distributor and manufacturing sales of HVAC equipment in 1989.

Developing great personal relationships with customers over the last 23 years Darrell has a reputation of working well with his customers and maintaining and servicing his clients with the service all heating & air conditioning contractors expect to receive. Darrell presently covers northeast and west of Boston with a handful of accounts in New Hampshire.

Dan Dixey

Dan has worked in the HVAC field since 1979 and has been a Territory Manager with DCNE since 1983, celebrating 30 years this summer. Dan covers Contractors in northeastern Massachusetts and services Engineers and several Contractors in Maine. Dan is a LEED AP, has a geothermal certificate and has received the Archie & Jack Kolligian "Salesman of the Year" Award five times.

Paul Dube

Paul Dube began in this industry in 1979 selling General Electric HVAC equipment. During his career Paul has progressed thru all aspects of operations, sales and management. He has become a professional in VRF technology. Currently he is covering a sales territory with assigned accounts throughout New Hampshire and eastern Massachusetts.

Frank Hennessy

Frank has been selling HVAC equipment for over 25 years. He is LEED certified and has an MBA. He takes pride in helping his customers through design and problem solving to help close their sales. His territory begins in Norwood and stretches down through southern Massachusetts. His everyday goal is to take care of the customer. Brian Laframboise

Brian has a varied and extensive background in the HVAC industry. He began with 11 years as an HVAC technician and installer after receiving his Associates Degree in HVAC from the N.H. Voc-Tech Institute in Manchester, NH in 1977, and continuing education from R.S.I. in Phoenix, AZ in 1978. After accumulating a number of years working in the field in Arizona and New Hampshire, he pursued and received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U-Mass – Lowell. After a short stint as a Project Manager, Brian joined the DCNE team in 1990 functioning as Territory Manager handling primarily the New Hampshire territory.

John Lattanzio

John is a veteran of HVAC industry, with over 35 years experience as equipment supplier, contractor and engineer. He joined DCNE in 1991 as Territory Manager after having previous experience since 1978 as design build sales engineer for a large mechanical contractor and DCNE customer and before that as inside sales with HVAC supply house. With a Northeastern University Mechanical Engineering degree, LEED certification, and awareness of their needs, DCNE customers have come to rely on his experience in both commercial and residential applications for the right equipment fit for the job. John resides in Foxboro where he maintains a home office and serves Rhode Island and SE Mass areas for DCNE.

Brad Lawrence

Brad is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, where he worked part time with a design-build contractor in the Atlanta area. He has spent time in the contracting, engineering, and now equipment rep side of the HVAC business, working with DCNE since graduating in 2005.

Bob MacArthur

Bob MacArthur is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Engineering. He has been with DCNE for 28 years. When Bob started with DCNE he initially called on consulting engineers, and later began calling on dealers and mechanical contractors. Bob is LEED AP accredited, and is currently the territory manager south and west of Boston.

Jim Mariano

Jim Mariano is a graduate of Lowell Technological Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 40 years experience in the HVAC /Engineer sales and is in the Malden office which is in his territory. He has over 25 years of service with DCNE.

Mike Menard

Michael is a graduate of Southern Maine Community College with an associate degree in Heating and Air Conditioning. Upon graduation Michael worked as an HVAC Service Technician before accepting the position of manager/estimator J.J. Morin Sheet metal and HVAC. He was subsequently named Vice President of Contractors Group of which J.J.Morin was one of four companies under this group. Knowing he enjoyed sales so much he left Contractors Group to join the sales force of The Trane Company in their Portland Maine office working with and assisting mechanical contractors and consulting engineers. In 1987 the opportunity arose and Michael accepted a position as Territory Manager for DCNE covering the state of Maine and a portion of New Hampshire, again working with mechanical contractors and consulting engineers. During his 25 year employment at DCNE Michael has been named Salesman of the year once in 1988 and again in 2006.

Art Osborn

Arthur started with Carrier back in 1998 as a co-op student with their Transicold division. After receiving his engineering degree from Clarkson University in 2001 he found his way back to Massachusetts and has been with DCNE since May 2002. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and in 2007 was the recipient of the Archie & Jack Kolligian "Salesman of the Year" award. In his current role as a Territory Manager covering the south shore and Cape Cod he enjoys the personal relationships he’s developed with our customers over the past decade.

Tom Sullivan

Tom has an extensive background in the HVAC field in sales and design. His experience in residential and commercial indoor environmental systems, new construction, and add-on/ replacement of existing heating and air conditioning systems provides Tom with a strong knowledge of HVAC technologies. Joe Catanzariti, a Massachusetts native and current New Hampshire resident, has been working in the HVAC industry for more than a decade. Joe has had the fortune of working in just about every facet of the industry, with extensive experience in residential installation as wells as sales. Al Gillis

Al gives inside sales support in our Malden, MA office while also acting as a primary sales contact for a group of select contractors from southern NH to the Greater Boston area. He brings over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry possessing a solid grounding in hydronics and residential indoor comfort technologies. Al in his heart is a staunch advocate for the concerns of the independent HVAC contractor and has served on the government affairs committee of the local ACCA chapter testifying and lobbying on Beacon Hill on behalf of legislative initiatives supporting our trade. He is a traditional archery enthusiast and heartedly enjoys sailing on Boston Harbor in the warmer months.

Sam Wills

Alan Elder

Alan kickoff’d his career with DCNE in March of 1993 as a Parts Rep. in the Malden. Alan’s HVAC knowledge along with Carrier’s continuing training resulted in him being awarded Carrier’s first ever North America Parts Counter Employee of the Year in 1996. In 1999 he elevated to Malden locations Parts Manager. In January of 2008 despite the Patriots dropping to 18-1 with a heartbreaking loss Alan found solace by expanding his role within DCNE moving into the operations side becoming the Sales Order Manager. Away from the office Alan spends his time with his wife of over 25 years. They are the proud parents of a Registered Nurse, a Marine and a little angel.

Debbie Puglia

Debbie has been with DCNE since March 2006. Her current position in sales order is to interact with customers and maintain high customer service. She is responsible for placing orders for materials and requirements as requested, and tracking shipments to ensure timely work completion. Debbie understands the importance of maintaining customer loyalty by building a rapport and productive working relationship with customers, vendors, technicians and other employees.

Mike Dixey

Mike began his DCNE career in 1973 when he was hired as a residential new construction specialist. From 1975 to 1991 he served as a territory manager, winning the coveted Archie & Jack Kolligian "Salesman of the Year" award five times. In 1991, Mike was promoted to residential sales and marketing manager, serving in that position until 2008 when he decided to enter semi-retirement. In his current part-time position as business development manager, Mike administers Carrier’s and DCNE’s sales and marketing programs.

Kevin Babcock

In 1992 Kevin joined DCNE as a Parts Representative at DCNE’s first satellite location in Westwood, MA. He later served as an outside salesman representing the newly acquired Payne line of residential equipment. Then in 2006 Kevin assumed the role of Marketing Manager where he is involved in website management, e-mail marketing, print advertising and other aspects of the DCNE brand.
